23 | NTU HISTORY STUDENT
Aspiring advertising strategist. Likes to write stuff. Always hungry.
If I’m not in the pantry, you can also find me on my yoga mat, on the debate floor or on the couch catching up on current affairs (Netflix counts).
As a former copywriting intern at Proximity/BBDO, I’ve crafted ads for brands such as Visa, Mercedes Benz, Tourism Australia and Exxonmobil. I was also the writer for Proximity Bytes, a weekly digital marketing newsletter that was circulated within BBDO Asia Pacific and to its client.
Besides creating ads and drafting not-too-boring history essays, I’ve written copy for the ‘Singapore’s Economic Miracle’ – an exhibition organized by SPRING, EDB, IE and JTC as an initiative under the SG50 economic and international committee. The exhibition was showcased in four locations across Singapore and covered by The Straits Times, Lian He Zao Bao and Channel News Asia.
I write whatever I like here. Usually in Singlish.
Haikukubird features the little random things I’ve created on the side – from my tinder profile bio to my procrastination projects, aka what I end up doing instead of Final Year Project.
